DUTIES: Deliver anesthesia care preoperatively, intraoperatively, and postoperatively in accordance with institutional policies. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans. Monitor patient status continuously during anesthesia and respond to changes as needed. Collaborate with surgical, anesthesia, and perioperative teams to ensure high-quality patient care. Accurately document anesthesia procedures and patient responses. Maintain compliance with all hospital, legal, and regulatory requirements. Engage in medical student, SRNA, and resident clinical education. Range: $290,000 - $290,000 This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
