The Learning Experience – Oak Creek is seeking a nurturing and dependable Infant / Toddler Teacher to support young learners during a critical stage of early development. This role focuses on creating a safe, responsive classroom environment where children build early communication skills, confidence, and independence through consistent routines and hands-on exploration.

This position is ideal for educators who enjoy working with younger age groups and supporting both caregiving and early learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Support classroom routines for infants and toddlers ages 6 weeks to 24 months Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and supervision throughout the day Implement developmentally appropriate activities that encourage early learning Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that meets safety standards Support children’s language, social, and sensory development Communicate daily updates with families regarding routines and milestones Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership Follow all Wisconsin childcare licensing requirements and center policies

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required Prior infant or toddler classroom experience preferred Comfortable supporting diapering and feeding routines Patient, dependable, and team-oriented Must meet Wisconsin childcare licensing requirements
