Speech-Language pathologist – elementary school: Make an impact with elementary students in a collaborative school community
AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students for the 2026–2027 school year in Westminster, Maryland.
This opportunity is ideal for an SLP who enjoys working with students across a range of communication needs while collaborating closely with educators, families, and related service providers. You'll join a welcoming school community where student success is prioritized and clinicians are provided with the resources and support needed to thrive.
The district is known for its strong special education infrastructure, including Special Education Consultants who provide coaching and guidance throughout the school year. Additional layers of support are embedded throughout the county, creating an environment where clinicians can continue to grow professionally while delivering high-quality services to students.
The selected Speech-Language Pathologist will support a blended elementary caseload of approximately 40–45 students. Most students present with articulation and language needs, with some exposure to low-incidence disabilities and AAC users.
The school is staffed with two Speech-Language Pathologists, providing opportunities for collaboration and shared problem-solving throughout the school year.
