Provide direct speech-language therapy and conduct evaluations for elementary students with a blended caseload. Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
Requires a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and an active Maryland license or eligibility for licensure. Previous school-based experience is preferred.
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students Conduct evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Support students with articulation, receptive and expressive language, social communication, and AAC needs Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members Maintain accurate and compliant documentation Monitor student progress and adjust services as appropriate Caseload Information Approximately 40–45 students Primarily articulation and language-based needs Some exposure to AAC and low-incidence disabilities Two SLPs assigned to the school Shared office space provided Duty-free lunch included
