The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Education Teacher to support children during important stages of growth and development. This role focuses on creating engaging classroom experiences where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn through hands-on activities, structured routines, and positive relationships.

This position is ideal for educators who enjoy working in a collaborative childcare setting and making a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners and their families.

Key Responsibilities

Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment Support daily routines and age-appropriate learning activities Encourage social, emotional, language, and cognitive development Maintain classroom organization and safety standards Guide children through transitions, group activities, and classroom expectations Build strong relationships with families and teaching team members Support classroom engagement through play-based learning experiences Follow all state licensing and health and safety requirements

Qualifications
