Wisconsin support roles remain steady

Education Support Professional roles in Wisconsin are often tied to district staffing needs in special education and classroom support, so demand can be steady where schools are filling aide positions. These jobs are competitive because they typically require a high school diploma plus eligibility for a Wisconsin DPI Instructional Aide or Special Education Aide license, and experience with students with disabilities can help. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your license eligibility before applying.
