The Educational Aide supports teachers and ESL facilitators in maintaining classroom order, delivering instruction, and preparing materials. They are also responsible for extensive data entry of student grades and assessments while providing individual tutoring to students aged 5 to 17.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of experience in an educational or community service setting. Required certifications include First Aid, CPR, and Emergency Behavior Intervention, along with fluency in both English and Spanish.

Provide crisis intervention according to training provided by Compass Connections when needed to maintain a safe environment. d. Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain emotional control and professional composure at all times. e. Maintain computer literacy required to meet the responsibilities of the position. f. Work effectively and without intensive supervision both independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team. 8. Demonstrate a working knowledge of all Compass Connections policies and procedures.
