• Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an in-home ABA therapy opportunity in Norfolk, VA 23509. • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services in the client's home
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record session data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and professional therapy environment
• Collaborate with supervisors regarding client progress and treatment implementation
• Complete documentation accurately and on time Availability Requirements Candidates must have availability for the following schedule:
• Tuesday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM Services are currently scheduled during these times; however, schedules are subject to change based on client needs, staffing needs, authorizations, cancellations, and operational considerations. Consistent availability during the listed schedule is required. Schedules are generally aligned with client and operational needs; however, occasional schedule adjustments or Saturdays may be required based on operational or client needs.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Previous ABA experience required
• Must be comfortable providing services in-home
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong communication and professionalism required
• Must be dependable, patient, and team-oriented
