- Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Durham, NC. - Paid training and onboarding Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design and oversee ABA programming and behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians
- Monitor client progress and make clinical modifications as needed
- Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members

Requirements
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field required
- Must be eligible to practice in North Carolina
- Prior ABA clinical experience required
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills preferred
- Passion for improving outcomes for children with autism and their families
