  • POSITION SUMMARY Under the direction of the Head Coach, the Technical Specialist - Assistant Coach for McGill Martlets Flag Football program will assist with day-to-day coaching and administrative duties assigned.
  • PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain, prepare and distribute on-field team equipment for practices and games.
  • Record activities during a game and keeping track of statistics Review and analyze videos to identify key insights of games (post)/team/athlete activity/competency trends game and prepare reports for head coach.
  • Support coaching staff in the implementation of practice and game plans.
  • Administrative tasks may be required OTHER QUALIFYING SKILLS AND/OR ABILITIES Knowledgeable in the sport of Flag Football Prior coaching experience at an elite/competitive level.
  • Level II NCCP certification or equivalent CPR and First Aid certification is an asset Ability to multi-task, work in team environment Bilingual in English & French Selected candidates must successfully pass their criminal background check to be considered for this position.

  • Minimum Education and Experience: High School Diploma 2 Years Related Experience Hourly Salary: (AMUSE C) $17.17 Estimated Number of Work Hours per Week: 14 (Part time) Position Start Date: 2026-08-15 Position End Date: 2026-11-30 Deadline to Apply: 2026-06-30 This position is covered by the AMUSE collective agreement.
