Position Summary

Attention license-eligible or clinically licensed therapists with an LPC, LCSW or LMFT! This is an exciting time to join the Glade Run School Based Mental Health Program which is enjoying tremendous expansion across Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Lawrence, Venango and Clarion Counties! We are looking for bright, passionate, creative mental health therapists to grow along with us. This position will work out of the Deer Lakes School District and offers full benefits, free licensure supervision and credentialing assistance, school hours, paid time off during the school year according to the public school calendar, up to 9 weeks of paid time off during the summer months, a $500 new hire incentive bonus, and the ability to earn up to $500 per quarter ($2000 annually) with productivity incentives. This position also offers the opportunity to work part-time for additional income over the summer when school is not in session at $42.00 per billable hour ($48.00 for licensed staff) and $15.00 per administrative/training hour. Our therapists work an average of 4.5 -15 hours per week over the summer, which can account for an extra $1700 - $5670 in annual earnings ($1940 - $6500 for licensed staff).

What You’ll Do: Complete intakes (inclusive of psycho-social assessment, initial treatment plan and required legal consents) for assigned school-based clients in accordance with outpatient regulations. Develop measurable treatment plan goals in collaboration with the assigned school-based client (and legal guardian when indicated). Complete treatment reviews in accordance with outpatient regulations. Provide individual, group and family therapy as indicated in the treatment plan. Complete clinical progress notes in a timely manner and include references to the treatment plan. Consult with designated psychiatrist and school-based supervisor regularly to ensure effective collaboration and quality of service. Participate in individual and group clinical supervision activities as scheduled. Communicate and collaborate with designated school district personnel when indicated. Attend in-service and professional development activities as scheduled. Must meet agency productivity requirements. Enter clinical documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) in a timely manner as per program guidelines.
