The Administrative & Program Support Assistant plays a critical behind-the-scenes role in ensuring Harmar’s installation training programs run smoothly, professionally, and consistently. This position focuses on training coordination, class logistics, LMS administration, documentation, and classroom support, with limited facilitation responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting instructors and learners in a dynamic training environment.
