Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Two (2) years minimum coaching experience at the collegiate level. 1. Computer skills 2. Knowledge and adherence to NCAA, Conference, State, Institutional, and Department rules and regulations. 3. Motivation skills 4. Commitment to working with multi-cultural populations and have an awareness of issues affecting women and minorities. 5. Organizational and Management Skills 6. Supervision (e.g. Athletes, Student Assistant Coaches, Summer Staff) 7. Public Speaking / Fundraising 8. Counseling/Advising Skills

This position is contingent on funding from the Colorado State Legislature, approval by the Board of Trustees, and subject to the policies and regulations of the University of Northern Colorado.
