The Lead Teacher is responsible for developing interactive learning experiences and implementing a school readiness curriculum to prepare children for elementary school. They must also manage the classroom, mentor other teachers, and build strong relationships with families.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or child development and possess a Teacher Certification. Experience in leading a classroom and the ability to meet state childcare requirements are also required.
