• Category: EducationThe Department of Nursing invites applications for a Full-Time Nursing Faculty position. We seek an enthusiastic, student-centered nurse educator committed to preparing the next generation of professional nurses through excellence in teaching, clinical instruction, advising, and service. Responsibilities Teach undergraduate nursing courses in classroom, laboratory, simulation, online, and clinical settings. Implement and evaluate curriculum and student learning. Advise and mentor nursing students. Supervise students in clinical experiences and ensure safe, effective learning. Participate in curriculum development, program assessment, accreditation activities, and committee service. Maintain professional competence through continued practice and professional development. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher. Active, unencumbered Virginia RN license or eligibility through the Nurse Licensure Compact. Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience. Experience in nursing education or demonstrated teaching ability preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
