Teachers are responsible for creating a safe, engaging classroom environment and implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum for preschool children. They must also maintain regular communication with parents regarding their children's achievements and progress.
Candidates must have at least 12 state-required ECE college units and be CPR/First Aid certified. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 50lbs and stand for 95% of the workday.

Role Responsibilities: Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child. Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn. Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions. Support our school’s success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement. Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
