The Teaching Assistant’s role is to assist the instructor in teaching the students, maintaining safety and order, and ensuring an excellent experience. The teaching assistant is responsible for engaging the students and having them practice while the instructor is teaching an individual student. Previous experience is not necessary, but a love for working with children and a positive personality are essential.
