Float staff (Teacher / Assistant teacher / Aide)

Full-Time or Part-Time Available | Ages 6 Weeks–6 Years

Our Resource (Float) Teachers support all classrooms by covering lunch breaks, vacations, and assisting across age groups. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and teamwork.

Our owner and leadership team are on-site daily from 7

00 AM – 6:00 PM to support our faculty.

• Implement engaging lesson plans
• Support children’s individual needs
• Communicate with families
• Create nurturing, developmentally appropriate environments
• Foster social-emotional growth
• Participate in ongoing training

Qualifications

We are hiring at all levels

Teacher

• AA/CDA + 2 years experience OR Bachelor’s in ECE (or related) + 1 year experience
• Assistant
• Teacher: 12 ECE credits or Bachelor’s degree; experience preferred
• Aide: High school diploma/GED; experience preferred Must be 18+ years old.
