Assist in coaching student-athletes across track and field and cross country disciplines while planning practice sessions and implementing training plans. Support the recruitment of prospective athletes and manage team travel logistics and expenses.
Requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of successful coaching experience, preferably at the Division I collegiate level. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and knowledge of NCAA and Big Ten regulations.
