The instructor is responsible for leading participants through high and low ropes elements while ensuring physical and emotional safety. They facilitate debriefs and guide activities to build teamwork, confidence, and leadership skills.
A high school diploma or GED is required, and experience working with children or adults is desired. Candidates must be comfortable with heights and capable of performing physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments.

High School Diploma or G.E.D
Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are essential for communicating with participants, co-workers, and supervisors.
Must be able to complete the 2–3-week training period and pass all required tests (practical as well as written) as specified by Course management.
Previous experience in a similar ropes course instructional, work environment a definite plus.
