  • The Position: We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Early Childhood Soccer Instructor!
  • Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all.
  • Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children.
  • This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development.
  • Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success And finally, our coaches have a blast.
  • They are open-minded, and know that coaching is a continuous journey.
  • All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual New Coaches can work 10-25 hours a week and can earn from $20 per hr up to $30 per hr.
  • A passion for working with children A positive mindset with a desire to have fun while teaching Strong oral/written communication skills and interpersonal skills At least 18 years old or older Reliable transportation Arrive early to set up for classes No soccer experience needed Must have availability on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday Coach referral bonus for every coach you recommend Gas Money after probationary period $100 Bonus for Sourcing New Locations $25 Bonus for each new student that signs up End of season bonus program for lead coaches Sponsored sports and first aid certifications Coach of the season and coach of the year awards Sports store discounts Free programming for family and discounts for friends Opportunities for career advancement Why Should You Apply?
