A Master's degree in a human services field such as psychology, social work, sociology, or counseling is required. Strong verbal communication skills and experience speaking in front of large groups are preferred.

The Families Forever Facilitator provides education for divided families (going through separation or divorce) through facilitation of the TransParenting Educational Seminar for effective co-parenting. The Facilitator is also responsible for completing and distributing parent handbooks and attendance certificates to the participants.
