Assist the Head Swim Coach in managing all aspects of the NAIA men's and women's swim and dive program. Duties include poolside coaching, recruiting student-athletes, and managing team travel and summer camps.
Requires a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and a background in collegiate, club, or high school swim coaching. Candidates must have intercollegiate competitive swimming experience and the ability to comply with NAIA and KCAC regulations.
The Assistant Swim Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Swim Coach with all facets of the NAIA men’s women's intercollegiate swim and dive program. The position reports directly to the Head Swim Coach. Duties include but are not limited to the following: poolside coaching during practices and meets; recruiting of top-quality student-athletes; assisting with team travel, conditioning, academics, promotional (including fundraising assistance) and public relations activities; summer camps; and other duties as assigned by the head coach. This position must be in compliance with all NAIA, conference, and college rules and regulations and must display professional integrity.
