We are partnered with a supportive, student-centered school district in Franklin, IN seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Overview: Location: Franklin, IN Grade Level: Middle & High School (2 buildings) School Year: August 2026 – May 2027 This split position supports students across both middle and high school buildings, serving a mix of general education students receiving speech services and students in specialized programming.
The role includes a balance of direct therapy, consultation, evaluations, and collaboration with staff.
The caseload includes students with diverse communication needs, including AAC users and students requiring individualized support.
The workload is structured with a strong focus on collaboration and consultation, allowing the SLP to build relationships with students, teachers, and families while providing meaningful services.

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders School-based experience preferred Strong collaboration skills and passion for supporting students in educational settings Active or eligible IPLA/IDOE (PEL) Speech-Language Pathologist license Compensation & Benefits
