The coach is responsible for providing workouts, instruction, and motivation to the swim team while maintaining a safe and fun environment. They serve as the primary coach on deck and lead practices 2-4 nights per week.
Candidates must hold current CPR, AED, First Aid, and Lifeguard certifications and be proficient in all four competitive swimming strokes. Experience in competitive swimming and coaching, along with O2 or WSI certifications, is highly desired.
