A bachelor's degree and collegiate-level playing or coaching experience are strongly preferred. Candidates must have knowledge of NCAA Division III rules, a valid driver's license, and CPR/AED certification.
This is a part-time position responsible for assisting in the overall operation and coaching of the Women’s Soccer program in accordance with NCAA Division III, Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC), and Guilford College guidelines. Primary Responsibilities: Assist the Head Coach with organizing and conducting practice sessions. Support student-athlete skill development on and off the field. Assist in recruiting responsibilities. Uphold the academic and athletic mission of Guilford College. Adhere to all college, conference, and NCAA policies.
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Collegiate-level playing and/or coaching experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of NCAA Division III rules and regulations. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel with the team. CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
