In addition to academic instruction, the teacher will create a faith-filled classroom environment, establish behavioral expectations, and support students' academic and personal development in collaboration with staff, administration, and parents.
As a faith leader, the teacher will guide students in prayer, participate in school Masses, and contribute to their spiritual formation. They will also engage with parents and the school community to support character development. Professional responsibilities include maintaining student records, participating in professional development and faculty meetings, and upholding the mission, values, and policies of the Catholic school and diocese.
