What your day actually looks like
You teach alongside an equal partner.
Every classroom at Primrose has two co-teachers. Not a lead and an assistant. Not a mentor and a mentee. Two teachers, with shared ownership and shared voice. You make decisions and work each day together.
Your classroom always has the coverage it deserves.
Each classroom has a dedicated support teacher who knows your students, your routines, and your expectation. They cover your breaks, your planning time, and your days off. No rotating substitutes disrupting what’s important to you. Your children get consistency even when you can’t be there.
You have an education coach in your corner, every day.
Your planning happens at work.
We protect your planning time, on the clock, within your scheduled hours. We don’t believe teachers should take work home. You leave at the end of the day clear-headed, and your evenings and weekends are yours.
We cover everything your classroom needs.
All materials, all resources, all supplies are fully provided by us. You will never pay out of your own pocket for your classroom.
