Education: B.A./B.S. required; M.A./M.S. preferred Work Experience: 1-3 years Required: NATABOC (National Athletic Training Association Board of Certification) National Certification; Licensed Athletic Trainer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (or eligible); CPR, AED, and First Aid for the Professional Rescuer Certification.
As a member of the sports medicine staff, provide onsite care and management of injuries and illnesses for 375 varsity student-athletes and complete the pre-participation screening procedures for 375 varsity student-athletes. Additionally, as a member of the sports medicine staff, supervise 5-8 student staff.
