Primary Function: Acts as assistant to Head Women's Basketball Coach; assists with team practice sessions and game contests; instructs team members in game strategies and techniques; counsels student athletes concerning academic progress; assists in public relations and fund-raising activities; and completes related duties as required or directed.
Bachelor’s degree plus at least two years of collegiate women’s basketball coaching experience or four years of combined experience in collegiate basketball playing and/or collegiate basketball manager experience required. Division I or II experience preferred. Student or volunteer experience will be considered. Must abide by the rules of the NCAA, the Missouri Valley Conference and the University of Northern Iowa.
