Job Summary The Basketball Trainer is a hands-on role that will lead athletes and provides expert training in their designated sport. The Sports Trainer is directly responsible for providing the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture on the field.
Lead training sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values With the help of established platforms, communicate training day information to players and parents Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
Excellent communication skills Sport-specific training experience & knowledge Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently Ability to work a varied work schedule some evenings (Tuesdays Only , ~4 weeks) then short break before next clinic.
