The Lead Teacher will develop and implement engaging curricula to promote the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children from 6 weeks to Pre-K. They are responsible for maintaining a safe, inclusive environment and communicating progress effectively to parents.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or GED and previous experience in a childcare setting. A degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred, or a commitment to obtaining certification.

Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where children can learn and grow. Develop and implement engaging curriculum and activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. Observe and assess children's progress, and communicate effectively with parents about their child's development. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and enriching learning environment.

At least 21 years of age High School Diploma or GED Bachelor's degree or Associates in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred OR commitment to get an Early Childhood certification. Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
