The Learning Experience – Billerica is seeking two certified Infant / Toddler Teachers to join our team and support children during their earliest stages of growth.
Provide responsive care in a safe, engaging infant/toddler classroom Support feeding, diapering, naps, and individualized daily routines Implement sensory-based learning experiences aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum Encourage early language, motor, and social-emotional development Maintain classroom organization and documentation Communicate daily with families about routines and milestones Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing standards
Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher certification required Experience working with infants or toddlers preferred Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain Must meet Massachusetts childcare licensing requirements
