The Employment Coach provides individualized job coaching and training for people with disabilities to ensure success and retention in competitive employment. Responsibilities include maintaining case files and collaborating with service providers to track progress toward goals.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and intermediate computer skills. Experience working with adults with disabilities is preferred, and a valid driver's license and CPR/First Aid certification may be required.
