At Easterseals PORT Health, our EMPOWER Summer Camp Direct Service Providers support children and adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in a fun, safe, and inclusive camp environment. Work Schedule

Summer- Monday–Friday, 8:30-5:30| after-school hours, 1:30-5:30 This is a full-time summer Position that will transition into the fall/winter for part-time hours

• Your Role in Our Mission
• Support campers with daily activities, personal care, and recreation
• Encourage independence, social skills, and participation in camp activities
• Assist with community outings and leisure experiences
• Ensure camper health, safety, and well-being at all times
• Help with lifting, transfers, and mobility as needed
• Assist with medication administration and documentation
• Maintain accurate documentation and incident reports
• Work as part of a supportive, mission-driven team

• What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma or GED required
• Reliable transportation & current auto insurance
• Positive attitude, dependability, and teamwork skills
• Comfortable using technology or willing to learn (EHR)
• Experience is a plus — training provided!
