The IEP Clerk is responsible for scheduling, monitoring, and documenting all annual IEPs and METs while maintaining student records. They serve as a primary point of contact for referring school districts and families to coordinate meetings and ensure compliance.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with strong organizational skills and professional communication abilities. Experience with e-IEP Pro and customer service is preferred but not required.

The IEP compliance clerk/scheduler would be responsible for scheduling, monitoring, documenting and tracking all annual IEPs and METs. Additionally, the Compliance Clerk will be in constant contact with all referring school districts and families to schedule conference rooms for meetings at the school. Key Responsibilities Provide clerical support to assist special education staff with the efficient record keeping of enrollment paperwork for special needs students. Assist special education teachers with scheduling of IEPs/METs. Assist special education teachers with the monitoring of the master schedule on Outlook and maintaining the special education paperwork, meetings, and filing. Assist special education teachers with the development and revisions of IEPs in the e-IEP Pro system (Meeting Notices, Effort to Document, Scanning IEPs/PWNs). Keep abreast of e-IEP Pro procedural changes which are communicated from the principal and school psychologist. Assist in building e-IEP Pro quality control functions and report IEP and special education compliance issues to principal and school psychologist. Make copies of requested information sent internally and externally. Possess knowledge of The ACES and IDEA regulations. Maintain Cumulative files for all special education students at The ACES, active and non-active. Assist principal, school psychologist, and special education teachers with the transfer of documents and disseminating information to the correct personnel. Communicate with all members of the IEP/MET teams for setup and scheduling purposes. Communicate effectively with parents and members of the community. React to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned. Support the value of an education and the philosophy and mission of The ACES. Other duties may be assigned.
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain accurate and confidential records Comfortable working with timelines/deadlines and managing multiple priorities Professional communication skills, both written and verbal Familiarity with IEP processes or student services workflows is preferred (training will be provided) Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and student support teams Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to supporting student success Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Experience with, and proficiency in, all aspects of e-IEP Pro (Preferred) Pay & Benefits:
