The Learning Experience – South Lyon West is seeking a qualified and passionate GSRP Lead Teacher to lead a state-funded preschool classroom serving 4-year-old learners. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily instruction in a GSRP preschool classroom
Implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with GSRP standards

Observe, assess, and document student progress in accordance with program requirements
Build strong relationships with families through regular communication and conferences
Collaborate with assistant teachers and center leadership

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education required
Must meet Michigan GSRP Lead Teacher qualification requirements
Prior preschool or GSRP classroom experience preferred
