The teacher is responsible for creating hands-on activities and engaging curriculum to support children's growth. They must also maintain open communication with parents and ensure a safe, clean classroom environment.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and meet Florida VPK teacher requirements. A CDA or Associate degree in Early Childhood Education is required, along with completed DCF 45-hour training.
