Support the school’s spiritual and pastoral mission

Works collaboratively in a positive, friendly, and professional manner with all parish, school, and diocesan employees
Displays personal initiative, coordinates, facilitates, provides with timeliness and accuracy, administrative support in matters regarding the organization
Maintains and respects the privacy of the persons supported
Manages Tuition System in collaboration with school bookkeeper/accountant and school staff
Helps maintain the calendar of events, scheduling events as needed
Provides necessary staff support to staff and others as requested
Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience
Graduation from a 2-year college in business or public administration, or equivalent experience
Two to five years experience in a high activity environment as an administrative assistant or secretary, or equivalent
Physical/Mental Requirements
Requires coordination and manual dexterity, normal mental and visual ability; ability to lift as required in a normal office environment
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, vendors, employees and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
