Provide person-centered instruction to young adults in a school-to-work transition program to increase independence in employment and living skills. Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, providing job coaching, and coordinating community outings and internships.
Requires a High School Diploma/GED, a valid driver's license, and mandatory COVID-19 vaccination. Candidates must have job coaching experience and the ability to obtain a PSL 'A' endorsement and pass a DOT physical.
Monday-Friday, 1st shift, 35 hours per week 8: 00 am-3:00 pm
**Based on the needs of the program, may be required to work outside of scheduled hours**
