Position Overview WMTC is seeking a passionate, skilled, and student-centered Medical Assistant – Clinical Instructor to lead hands-on lab instruction for our Clinical Medical Assistant (CMA) cohorts. This role is ideal for a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant who is enthusiastic about teaching, mentoring, and shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals. The Clinical Instructor plays a critical role in translating theory into real-world skill mastery, ensuring students demonstrate competency, professionalism, and clinical confidence prior to externship placement.
