About The Learning Experience

The Learning Experience – Franklin is hiring a dedicated Preschool Lead Teacher to guide and inspire young learners in a fun, safe, and engaging environment. Our preschool classrooms are designed to spark creativity, build independence, and foster a lifelong love of learning.

We’re seeking an ECE-certified teacher who is passionate about helping children reach developmental milestones while delivering a high-quality early education experience at one of the most trusted preschools and childcare centers in Franklin, Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a preschool classroom for children ages 3–4.
  • Deliver The Learning Experience L.E.A.P.
  • Curriculum, focusing on language, social, and cognitive development.
  • Create an inclusive and structured learning environment where each child can thrive.
  • Build strong partnerships with parents through consistent communication and progress updates.
  • Collaborate with assistant teachers and center leadership to maintain a positive, team-driven culture.
  • Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and safety policies.

Qualifications

ECE certification required in Massachusetts. At least 6 months of preschool teaching experience (1+ year preferred). Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Deep understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
