As a 1:1 Aide, you’ll work closely with one student, providing personalized guidance and encouragement throughout the school day. Support STEM teachers during daily instruction and hands-on learning activities. Prepare and reset STEM stations between class rotations to ensure materials are organized and ready for the next group. Monitor students during activities to promote the safe and appropriate use of STEM tools, equipment, and materials. Assist with classroom management and provide individual or small-group support to students as directed by the teacher. Organize, clean, and inventory STEM materials at the end of each program day. Set up classrooms and STEM stations in preparation for the following day's activities. Help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging learning environment throughout the program. Perform other program-related duties as assigned by the Site Coordinator or STEM Teacher.
