As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing ABA therapy techniques to help them develop daily living, communication, and social skills across various service locations. Responsibilities include engaging children in structured learning, implementing behavior intervention strategies under supervision, and tracking progress data.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus. Experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities or ASD, is highly preferred, and reliable transportation is required.
