A Preschool Youth Development Professional works directly with preschool-aged children (ages 3-5) in a licensed program setting, providing structured, engaging experiences that support early childhood development. This role requires a balance of child-centered learning, social-emotional development, and play-based activities that prepare children for future academic and personal success.
The ideal candidate is energetic, patient, and skilled in guiding preschoolers through age-appropriate learning experiences and daily routines while fostering a safe and nurturing environment.
