The Preschool Staff member supports the daily operation of licensed preschool programming, creating a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for children ages 3–5. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with young children and want to grow their skills in early childhood education.
Essential duties & responsibilities
Preschool Learning & Play — Lead engaging, age‑appropriate activities that support social‑emotional and cognitive development.
Daily Routines — Support transitions, hygiene routines, snack time, and classroom expectations.
Positive Guidance — Maintain a warm, welcoming environment using strengths‑based strategies.
Family Communication — Build positive, professional relationships with families.
Safety & Licensing — Follow DCYF licensing standards, supervision expectations, and safety protocols.
Team Collaboration — Work closely with Club staff to support consistent routines and high‑quality programming.
