The coach is responsible for providing workouts, instruction, and motivation to swim team participants. They serve as the primary on-deck leader for practices 2-4 nights per week to ensure a safe and fun environment.
Candidates must hold current CPR, AED, First Aid, and Lifeguard certifications and be proficient in all four competitive swimming strokes. Experience in competitive swimming and coaching, along with WSI or O2 certifications, is highly desired.
