Undergraduate Academic Affairs has an outstanding opportunity for temporary 2025-2026 Saturday Teaching Aides (Multiple Opportunities) to join their team. The Halbert and Nancy Robinson Center for Young Scholars offers enrichment courses through the Saturday Enrichment Program for students currently in grades K-8. These classes are intended to provide intellectually ambitious students with challenge, inspiration, and fun, in a collaborative, supportive learning environment. The Robinson Center (RC) seeks a temporary, hourly teaching aide to support the Enrichment Saturday programming during Fall through Spring quarters. Each quarter runs for 8 weeks on Saturday mornings, and TAs will assist classroom teachers with a variety of tasks related to instruction and student supervision up to 3 hour-long courses a day (9 AM to 12 PM). TAs are expected to arrive up to 30 minutes before their first scheduled course and be prepared to stay up to 30 minutes after the final course. The Saturday TA is also required to attend all orientation and professional development training. Under the supervision of the Enrichment Director, the Saturday TAs report to the Enrichment Program Manager in terms of course assignments and other related tasks, and work directly with instructors during class time. They are responsible for recording their hours bi-monthly in Workday.
