Assess, diagnose, and provide speech therapy services to students with speech and language disorders. This includes writing FIE reports, participating in ARD/IEP meetings, and collaborating with stakeholders to track student progress.
Requires a degree in Speech Language Pathology and valid state licensure. Candidates must hold certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CCC-SLP).

Conduct speech and language assessments, write FIE reports, and communicate the results at IEP meetings Consult with various stakeholders in different settings Diagnose and provide direct and indirect speech therapy services Regularly report progress to parents per ARD committee determination Provide professional development with different stakeholders Maintain appropriate documentation as determined by the speech program Conduct, attend, and participate in ARD/IEP committee meetings and provide goals and objectives for students needing speech and language services Attend MTSS/SST meetings for students referred for speech and language concerns Keep abreast of current trends in the practice of speech pathology, develop professional skills, and ensure federal/state regulations All other duties as assigned
Education: Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
