The Hope Source is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP), to join our team and provide school nursing services to students on the autism spectrum through our innovative hybrid model with Dynamic Minds Academy.

Through close collaboration with Dynamic Minds Academy, our multidisciplinary team offers holistic, evidence-based therapies and education to support lasting, positive outcomes for our students.
Position Overview The School Nurse will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring wellness programming to support a healthy school environment. Health services will include prevention, intervention, assessment, and referral processes within the nurse's scope of practice to ensure student health and wellness needs are met.
Include Health Education in the Following Areas: Fitness, exercise, and nutrition Bloodborne Pathogen Training Implementation and Monitoring of Health Services: Hearing and vision screenings First aid and emergency care Medication administration Diabetic management and training Other health services as appropriate to scope of practice Administrative and Collaborative Duties: Maintain accurate health records and immunization documentation Provide health resources and referrals to families Evaluate program effectiveness and student health outcomes Coordinate services with other school professionals and support staff Develop and implement environmental health protocols
