The Assistant Athletic Performance Coach provides instructional programming, supervision, and corrective exercise assistance to support a competitive intercollegiate sports program. The role focuses on building athlete performance while ensuring student-athletes retain and graduate.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in an exercise-related field and a professional certification such as SCCC or CSCS. At least one year of collegiate or professional strength and conditioning experience is required.
The Assistant Athletic Performance Coach is responsible for providing instructional, programming, supervision, and corrective exercise assistance to the Director of Athletic Performance for the purpose of building a successful, competitive intercollegiate sports program that also retains and graduates student-athletes.
